Code of Conduct for Suppliers
We aim at achieving mutually beneficial supplier relationships built on shared values and behaviors. Consequently, we have implemented Code of Conduct for Suppliers that outlines the expected conduct and behaviors from our business partners, such as suppliers, vendors, consultants, independent contractors, agents, or any other third party that acts in the interests of or on behalf of KIRCHHOFF Automotive.
We believe working to an agreed Code helps improve our sustainability performance through continuous supplier development and consistent supplier and sub-supplier management. In addition, we established third-party due diligence to help better know our business partners through our supply chain.
Compliance Organization
KIRCHHOFF Automotive has instituted a comprehensive Compliance Organization to further develop the Compliance Management System, educate associates on potential compliance risks, and to facilitate adherence to both local and international regulatory requirements.
The KIRCHHOFF Automotive Compliance Officer is in charge of the KIRCHHOFF Automotive Compliance Management System, heads the Global Governance, Risk Management & Compliance Department, is a member of the Risk and Compliance Committee, and reports on a regular basis to the Executive Board.
The KIRCHHOFF Automotive Risk & Compliance Committee, including i.a. the members of the Executive Board, regularly validate the business processes for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and our principles, to identify and properly manage compliance risks, and to address and remedy recognized violations.
Each individual within the organization bears responsibility of cultivating a culture of integrity and transparency, and ensuring that both ethical standards and legal requirements are upheld at every level of our organization.

At KIRCHHOFF Automotive, we promote a speak-up culture where our associates and any third party are encouraged to ask questions and report misconduct with the assurance that they will not face adverse repercussions. We do not tolerate any form of retaliation against individuals who make a report in good faith and we protect identity of such persons in accordance with applicable laws.

Reporters provide their personal data voluntarily. They are also afforded the option to submit reports anonymously.
