EXAMPLES

Our tool shop produces tools for hot and cold formed structural parts for the automotive industry. The metal structures made of high strength materials – with strengths of up to 10 mm – are used in the passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle industry.

Headline Examples Cold Forming

In the field of forming, tools are developed and implemented for the production of sheet metal parts. The basis is simulation-supported design and coordinated process parameters. The objective is a reproducible manufacturing process with stable operations, high dimensional accuracy, and efficient material usage – including for more complex geometries and high-strength materials.

Headline Examples Hot Forming

In press hardening, forming and heat treatment processes are combined within the tool. This results in components with defined strength properties. The tool design is focused on a stable process, consistent quality, and reliable series production.
