The Distinction „Talento Sin Barreras 2026“ (Talent without barriers) is granted by the Ministry of Labor of the State of Querétaro and reaffirms our commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equal opportunities.

The distinction is granted to organizations committed to workplace inclusion and the creation of opportunities for people belonging to priority groups. It recognizes the actions implemented to promote an organizational culture based on respect, equity, and inclusion. Beyond removing barriers, it is about creating opportunities, encouraging participation, and ensuring that every employee finds a workplace where they feel valued, heard, and supported.

Among the initiatives that help strengthen a culture of inclusion across our plants are actions designed to improve communication and participation for our deaf colleagues. These efforts include promoting the use of inclusive and respectful language, raising awareness about the deaf community, and encouraging the learning of basic Mexican Sign Language (LSM) skills, enabling more employees to interact in a direct and effective way.

In addition, accessible communication materials and collaborative spaces have been developed to foster greater integration, demonstrating that inclusion goes beyond removing physical barriers. It is about creating environments where everyone can express themselves, be heard, and contribute their talents under equal conditions.
