Your Tasks

  • Ensures the functionality of the equipment and its safety systems;
  • Performs reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance to guarantee that equipment is kept operational and in safe working condition;
  • Ensures compliance with deadlines for completing assigned activities at a high-quality standard;
  • Completes the Intervention Register and Maintenance Journal;
  • Performs maintenance on electromechanical equipment in production and technical support areas;
  • Ensures the operation of automation systems within established technical parameters;
  • Executes maintenance activities on automation systems;
  • Proposes solutions to improve processes

Your Profile

  • University degree in a technical field (Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics);
  • Solid knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and electrical systems/equipment;
  • Proficiency in Siemens WinCC Flexible, STEP 7, and Industrial Networks (Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet);
  • Advanced English skills;
  • Advanced PLC programming skills;
  • Experience with ABB and Fanuc robots (trajectory, design, maintenance) is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of spot welding, arc welding, as well as Tucker and Harms & Wende equipment is a plus;
  • Strong technical expertise and understanding of production processes;
  • Flexible, self-disciplined, organized, communicative, and able to work well under pressure;
  • At least 2 years of experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
