Echipa noastr\u0103 format\u0103 din 12 membri a finalizat cu succes traseul de 211 kilometri, alerg\u00e2nd zi \u0219i noapte \u00een \u0219tafet\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dup\u0103 22 de ore \u0219i 19 minute, echipa a trecut linia de sosire chiar \u00eenainte de r\u0103s\u0103ritul soarelui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evenimentul din acest an a \u00eenregistrat un num\u0103r record de participan\u021bi, cu peste 28.000 de concuren\u021bi din aproape 30 de \u021b\u0103ri. Suntem m\u00e2ndri s\u0103 v\u0103 comunic\u0103m c\u0103 echipa noastr\u0103 a excelat nu doar \u00een alergare, ci \u0219i \u00een organizare. Coordonarea a fost condus\u0103 de B\u00e1lint \u00c1d\u00e1m \u0219i Laura Szigeti din Departamentul de Calitate, care au gestionat schimb\u0103rile de ultim moment, \u00eenlocuirile membrilor echipei \u0219i ajust\u0103rile nea\u0219teptate ale traseului, cu o dedicare remarcabil\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preg\u0103tirea pentru curs\u0103 a necesitat o planificare serioas\u0103: un program detaliat de predare a \u0219tafetei, un ghid digital cu h\u0103r\u021bi \u0219i ore \u0219i o gestionare precis\u0103 a timpului. Una dintre cele mai mari provoc\u0103ri a fost respectarea regulii conform c\u0103reia echipele trebuiau s\u0103 respecte limita a \u00b110% din timpul de sosire planificat \u2013 echipa noastr\u0103 a reu\u0219it s\u0103 fac\u0103 acest lucru cu o abatere de doar 8 minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eCel mai memorabil moment pentru mine a fost s\u0103 v\u0103d echipa aliniat\u0103 la start, to\u021bi purt\u00e2nd tricouri KIRCHHOFF Automotive asortate \u2013 atunci am sim\u021bit cu adev\u0103rat c\u0103 suntem uni\u021bi \u00een curs\u0103\u201d, a declarat B\u00e1lint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dup\u0103 ce am terminat, echipa discuta deja despre provoc\u0103rile viitoare. Dac\u0103 este posibil, am putea chiar s\u0103 particip\u0103m cu dou\u0103 echipe anul viitor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru companie, ini\u021biativele de acest gen reflect\u0103 valorile noastre: sus\u021binerea ideilor care \u00eent\u0103resc spiritul de echip\u0103.
