La \u00eenceputul T\u00e2rgului Interna\u021bional al Furnizorilor (IZB) de la Wolfsburg, Germania, care a avut loc \u00een perioada 22-24 octombrie, ne-a vizitat Consiliul de Administra\u021bie la nivel de Grup \u0219i Marc\u0103 al Volkswagen \u2013 unul dintre doar \u0219ase din cei 843 expozan\u021bi la acest t\u00e2rg! <\/p>\n\n<p>Aproximativ 50 de membri ai Consiliului de Administra\u021bie al VW, inclusiv Oliver Blume (Pre\u0219edintele Consiliului de Administra\u021bie al Volkswagen AG \u0219i Dr. Ing. h. c. F. Porsche AG) \u0219i Dirk Gro\u00dfe-Loheide, Membru al Consiliului de Administra\u021bie pentru Achizi\u021bii la marca de autoturisme Volkswagen \u0219i membru al Consiliului de Administra\u021bie extins la nivel de Grup, au aflat despre inova\u021biile noastre la acest VIP Tech Walk. Tema turului a fost \u201eAccelerarea produselor comercializabile\u201d. Accentul s-a pus pe un proiect de cercetare comun cu VW Group Innovation privind utilizarea unui noi categorii de o\u021bel realizat din o\u021bel pe baz\u0103 de silicon-bor \u201eSIBORA\u201d. Acesta are o rezisten\u021b\u0103 ridicat\u0103 \u00een starea format\u0103 la cald \u0219i, datorit\u0103 con\u021binutului de bainit\u0103 \u0219i austenit\u0103 re\u021binut\u0103 metastabil\u0103, are \u0219i o capacitate de formare rezidual\u0103 mai mare. Testele de succes ale unui st\u00e2lp B format la cald fabricat din materialul \u201eSIBORA\u201d \u00een condi\u021bii de produc\u021bie de serie arat\u0103 c\u0103 se poate realiza o \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a siguran\u021bei la impact ca urmare a unei mai mari absorb\u021bii de energie cu o reducere simultan\u0103 a masei corporale.    <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00cen plus fa\u021b\u0103 de inova\u021biile produselor fabricate din materialul \u201eSIBORA\u201d, KIRCHHOFF Automotive a prezentat \u0219i o bar\u0103 transversal\u0103 modular\u0103 din o\u021bel \u00een design open shell la IZB, care nu este doar u\u0219or, ci \u0219i permite integrarea fasciculelor de cabluri, de exemplu.<\/p>\n\n<p>Unul dintre scopurile noastre principale este s\u0103 dezvolt\u0103m \u0219i s\u0103 fabric\u0103m produse care sporesc caracterul ecologic al caroseriilor. De aceea am validat utilizarea unor noi o\u021beluri cu con\u021binut redus de CO<sub>2<\/sub> \u00een cooperare cu produc\u0103tori de o\u021bel de top. La IZB, de exemplu, am prezentat un prag Audi la care am testat cu succes utilizarea substratului reciclat \u0219i produs \u00een mod regenerabil ArcelorMittal Usibor\u00ae1500 XCarb\u00ae ca material de pornire. Acest material const\u0103 \u00een cel pu\u021bin 75% o\u021bel reciclat \u0219i 100% electricitate regenerabil\u0103 \u00een procesul de fabricare a o\u021belului. Subiectele discutate au inclus dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een calcularea amprentei de carbon a produselor, dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een transformarea \u00een o\u021bel ecologic \u0219i obiective de neutralitate climatic\u0103. <\/p>\n\n<p>Dr. Thorsten Gaitzsch sintetizeaz\u0103: \u201eDiscu\u021biile cu reprezentan\u021bii Consiliului de Administra\u021bie \u0219i dialogul cu exper\u021bii VW \u00eentr-un grup restr\u00e2ns au fost extrem de importante, deoarece ne-au oferit informa\u021bii importante \u0219i, \u00een acela\u0219i timp, ne-au consolidat \u0219i mai mult parteneriatul.\u201d<br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Urm\u0103ri\u021bi videoclipul pentru o perspectiv\u0103 asupra IZB 2024. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1 .The first use of the revolutionary \u2018SIBORA\u2019 silicon-boron steel grade, developed in cooperation with Volkswagen AG and successfully tested on various prototypes<\/strong><br\/>Hot forming is a forward-looking, effective technology that can significantly reduce the CO<sub>2<\/sub> footprint of a component. The use of materials plays a crucial role here. Together with VW, KIRCHHOFF Automotive has therefore worked on the material and process development of a silicon-boron steel grade called \u2018SIBORA\u2019 for a modified hot forming process, the so-called BQP process. SIBORA is a new steel grade that exhibits high strength in the press-hardened state and, due to the content of bainite and metastable residual austenite, also higher residual formability. By using the steel grade \u201cSIBORA\u201d, an improvement in crash safety can be achieved as a result of higher energy absorption with a simultaneous reduction in body mass.    <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Safety-relevant products made of new CO<sub>2<\/sub>-reduced steels for an improved ecological<\/strong> <strong>balance and more environmentally friendly car bodies<\/strong><br\/>With special body-in-white solutions, KIRCHHOFF Automotive ensures safe mobility, primarily through the high strength of special steels. An additional advantage: less material is needed for products made of such steels. This saves weight and effectively contributes to the reduction of the CO<sub>2<\/sub> footprint. In cooperation with leading steel producers, we have validated the use of new CO<sub>2<\/sub>-reduced steels. This enables us to significantly improve the CO<sub>2<\/sub> balance of our products. At the IZB, KIRCHHOFF Automotive exhibited an Audi sill, for example, on which the use of ArcelorMittal Usibor\u00ae1500 XCarb\u00ae recycled and renewably produced substrate was successfully tested as a primary material. This material consists of at least 75% recycled steel and 100% renewable electricity in the steel production process.      <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. Function integration in the cockpit: Innovative steel module cross-car beam in open shell design<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>KIRCHHOFF Automotive complements its extensive manufacturing portfolio for this product group with the instrument panel carrier in open shell design. The steel modular cross member is not only lightweight, but also enables the integration of cable harnesses, for example.
