Isto poderia evitar uma grande quantidade de emiss\u00f5es de CO2. Markus L\u00f6cker, Especialista em Desenvolvimento de Tecnologia em Attendorn\/Alemanha, faz parte de uma equipa de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que est\u00e1 a trabalhar no desenvolvimento deste processo.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Energia por indu\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 isto funciona n\u00e3o s\u00f3 em casa no fog\u00e3o, como tamb\u00e9m pode funcionar numa f\u00e1brica de conforma\u00e7\u00e3o a quente. \u201cEstamos envolvidos nos primeiros projetos de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o aquecimento por indu\u00e7\u00e3o desde 2010. No processo em 2019, aquecemos com sucesso a \u00e1rea do topo da nossa coluna B por meio de indu\u00e7\u00e3o e depois conform\u00e1mo-la na nossa ferramenta da coluna B\u201d, explica Markus L\u00f6cker. <\/p>\n\n<p>A conforma\u00e7\u00e3o a quente \u00e9 parte integrante do nosso portef\u00f3lio de tecnologias de fabrico h\u00e1 15 anos. Este processo pode ser usado para produzir pe\u00e7as de carro\u00e7aria de alta resist\u00eancia e muito leves. Se estas pe\u00e7as forem instaladas no ve\u00edculo, este ter\u00e1 um peso significativamente menor, o que reduz o CO2.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Isto soa bem inicialmente. No entanto, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de pe\u00e7as conformadas a quente causa emiss\u00f5es elevadas. \u201cNo processo de conforma\u00e7\u00e3o a quente industrial, as chapas met\u00e1licas em bruto s\u00e3o geralmente aquecidas em fornos de at\u00e9 40 metros de comprimento. Para p\u00f4r estes fornos a uma temperatura de 950 graus Celsius, normalmente s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios combust\u00edveis f\u00f3sseis\u201d, explica o Prof. Dr. Thomas Tr\u00f6ster, titular da cadeira de Lightweight Automotive Construction (LiA) (Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Autom\u00f3vel Leve) na Universidade de Paderborn e membro da dire\u00e7\u00e3o da iniciativa \u201cNew Mobility Paderborn\u201d (NeMo).  <\/p>\n\n<p>A equipa de projeto est\u00e1 agora a investigar um m\u00e9todo para aquecer indutivamente as chapas em bruto durante a conforma\u00e7\u00e3o a quente. Isto funciona como cozinhar num fog\u00e3o de indu\u00e7\u00e3o: os corpos condutores de eletricidade (como a panela no fog\u00e3o ou as chapas em bruto durante a conforma\u00e7\u00e3o a quente) s\u00e3o aquecidos com a ajuda de um campo magn\u00e9tico alternado. A corrente flui atrav\u00e9s de uma bobina (indutor) e gera o campo magn\u00e9tico. O efeito magn\u00e9tico induz correntes de Foucault no material, fazendo com que este aque\u00e7a.   <\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cNum outro projeto de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o com v\u00e1rios parceiros de projeto, estamos a desenvolver revestimentos inovadores de chapa met\u00e1lica que podem ser aquecidos por indu\u00e7\u00e3o. Os revestimentos AlSi (alum\u00ednio-sil\u00edcio) usados atualmente n\u00e3o permitem um aquecimento completo por indu\u00e7\u00e3o, porque requerem um tempo de difus\u00e3o em determinadas temperaturas\u201d, explica ainda Markus L\u00f6cker.<\/p>\n\n<p>Se as pe\u00e7as conformadas a quente forem aquecidas por indu\u00e7\u00e3o, a eletricidade regenerativa gerada pode ser usada para esse fim, reduzindo, deste modo, as emiss\u00f5es. Al\u00e9m disso, as temperaturas elevadas podem ser alcan\u00e7adas de forma mais r\u00e1pida e eficaz do que anteriormente. No fim do processo, os ve\u00edculos podem ser fabricados de forma mais amiga do ambiente e eficiente.
