Simultaneamente, \u00e9 o terceiro relat\u00f3rio elaborado com refer\u00eancia \u00e0s Normas Europeias de Relato de Sustentabilidade (ESRS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O relat\u00f3rio fornece uma vis\u00e3o geral das medidas, indicadores, desenvolvimentos e objetivos nas \u00e1reas de Ambiente, Social e Governa\u00e7\u00e3o. No ano de reporte de 2025, foi dada especial aten\u00e7\u00e3o aos colaboradores, \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o clim\u00e1tica e \u00e0 cadeia de valor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os principais temas abordados no relat\u00f3rio incluem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ambiente (E):<\/strong> Medidas relacionadas com a descarboniza\u00e7\u00e3o, a efici\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica, a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de eletricidade proveniente de fontes renov\u00e1veis, bem como a efici\u00eancia na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos e a economia circular.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Social (S):<\/strong> Desenvolvimento dos colaboradores, sa\u00fade e seguran\u00e7a, temas de diversidade e inclus\u00e3o, e atividades relacionadas com as comunidades locais.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Governa\u00e7\u00e3o (G):<\/strong> \u00c9tica empresarial, processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o, gest\u00e3o de riscos e governo societ\u00e1rio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O relat\u00f3rio foi elaborado com contributos de colaboradores de diferentes fun\u00e7\u00f5es e regi\u00f5es.
