O que come\u00e7ou, em 2012, como uma oportunidade adicional para trocar ideias com clientes e representantes da ind\u00fastria, tornou-se hoje uma parte integrante da nossa comunica\u00e7\u00e3o comercial e tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde ent\u00e3o, a IZB transformou-se numa importante plataforma para a KIRCHHOFF Automotive apresentar tecnologias, fortalecer rela\u00e7\u00f5es com clientes e impulsionar novos projetos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A proximidade \u00e0 Volkswagen faz da IZB, h\u00e1 muitos anos, um ponto de encontro importante para decisores, engenheiros e respons\u00e1veis de compras da ind\u00fastria autom\u00f3vel. Consequentemente, a nossa presen\u00e7a na feira tamb\u00e9m evoluiu ao longo do tempo: passou de uma plataforma para apresentar produtos selecionados para um f\u00f3rum de di\u00e1logo sobre tecnologia e inova\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDesde a nossa primeira participa\u00e7\u00e3o na IZB, em 2012, esta feira tornou-se um evento-chave para a KIRCHHOFF Automotive, permitindo um acesso direto aos decisores da Volkswagen\u201d, destaca o Dr. Heiko Engels, membro da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o e CTO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A import\u00e2ncia crescente da feira tornou-se particularmente evidente na nossa participa\u00e7\u00e3o mais recente, em 2024. Logo no arranque do evento recebemos a visita de representantes de topo do Grupo Volkswagen e das suas marcas ao nosso stand. Al\u00e9m disso, a KIRCHHOFF Automotive foi uma das apenas seis empresas expositoras, entre um total de 843 participantes, cujas inova\u00e7\u00f5es foram apresentadas durante um exclusivo VIP Tech Walk, que contou com cerca de 50 membros da gest\u00e3o da Volkswagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O foco esteve nos nossos desenvolvimentos relacionados com o inovador a\u00e7o sil\u00edcio-boro SIBORA. Em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a VW Group Innovation, apresent\u00e1mos resultados de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que mostram novas possibilidades para o desenvolvimento de estruturas de carro\u00e7aria. Apresent\u00e1mos ainda diversos conceitos de materiais e processos de fabrico, bem como solu\u00e7\u00f5es produzidas com a\u00e7o de emiss\u00f5es reduzidas de CO\u2082. Particip\u00e1mos tamb\u00e9m no workshop \u201cA\u00e7o Verde\u201d, contribuindo para o interc\u00e2mbio t\u00e9cnico sobre a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o da ind\u00fastria autom\u00f3vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cA IZB foi sempre uma plataforma ideal para a troca de conhecimentos t\u00e9cnicos, mas tamb\u00e9m para o contacto pessoal, valorizado por ambas as partes num ambiente descontra\u00eddo. Este conceito, j\u00e1 de si muito bem-sucedido e que consolidou a feira como um evento de refer\u00eancia para n\u00f3s enquanto fornecedor, foi ainda mais valorizado com a nossa participa\u00e7\u00e3o em 2024\u201d, afirma Johannes Schauf, Director de Vendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 sobre esta evolu\u00e7\u00e3o que queremos agora continuar a construir. A nossa participa\u00e7\u00e3o na IZB 2026 decorrer\u00e1 sob o lema \u201cEngineered for Your Needs\u201d. O foco estar\u00e1 na forma como diferentes requisitos relacionados com constru\u00e7\u00e3o leve, custos, processos de fabrico e materiais podem ser ajustados com precis\u00e3o \u00e0s necessidades espec\u00edficas dos nossos clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma resposta a este desafio \u00e9 o SIBORA Next Generation, a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da qualidade de a\u00e7o SIBORA apresentada pela primeira vez em 2024. O futuro da constru\u00e7\u00e3o de carro\u00e7arias n\u00e3o est\u00e1 em solu\u00e7\u00f5es padronizadas, mas sim em materiais otimizados para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas. \u00c9 precisamente aqui que entra o SIBORA Next Generation. A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o direcionada de revestimentos de zinco ou AlSi cria novas possibilidades na conce\u00e7\u00e3o de componentes. Dependendo das condi\u00e7\u00f5es de carga, da posi\u00e7\u00e3o de montagem e do processo de fabrico, pode ser escolhida a variante de superf\u00edcie mais adequada.
