Los temas principales sobre los que versaron las conversaciones fueron la demograf\u00eda y la escasez de trabajadores cualificados, as\u00ed como temas relativos a los problemas de suministros materiales y la escalada de precios de materias primas que estamos sufriendo. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos los participantes en las conversaciones, incluidos nuestros accionistas Arndt G. Kirchhoff y J. Wolfgang Kirchhoff, coincidieron en que las empresas nacionales deben hacer que sus empleados est\u00e9n preparados para la transformaci\u00f3n: nadie se queda atr\u00e1s.
