Your Tasks

 

  • Support the Sustainability team in ESG reporting and sustainability-related initiatives.
  • Assist in monitoring customer sustainability requirements and market trends.
  • Help prepare responses to customer sustainability questionnaires and assessments.
  • Support the collection and consolidation of data for carbon footprint reporting (CCF & PCF).
  • Participate in the development and improvement of tools and systems supporting sustainability processes.
  • Help maintain and update sustainability-related IT tools and databases.
  • Prepare presentations, training materials, and communication content.
  • Support e-learning activities and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the Sustainability department.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the Sustainability SharePoint site.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various departments on sustainability projects and activities.

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of sustainability, ESG, environmental protection, or reporting topics.
  • Experience gained through internships, student projects, volunteering,                       or extracurricular activities.
  • Interest in data analysis, reporting, and digital tools.

Your Profile

 

  • Motivated candidates who are eager to learn
  • University degree (or final-year student) in a relevant field.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills.
  • Interest in sustainability, ESG, environmental protection, or related topics.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the field of Sustainability and ESG.
  • Category B driving license and willingness to travel occasionally would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of German will be considered an additional asset.
