Um die CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Emissionen bei der Herstellung von Metallstrukturteilen von KIRCHHOFF Automotive zu senken, haben sie bestimmte Parameter f\u00fcr die Belieferung mit CO<sub>2<\/sub>-reduzierten, modernen Warmumformst\u00e4hlen der Produktfamilie bluemint\u00ae Steel festgelegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">bluemint\u00ae Steel ist ein massenbilanziertes Produkt mit reduziertem CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Fu\u00dfabdruck. Die Belieferung von KIRCHHOFF Automotive mit diesem Stahl ist ab der zweiten Jahresh\u00e4lfte 2026 geplant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eMit dem Einsatz der modernen, CO<sub>2<\/sub>-reduzierten St\u00e4hle gehen wir einen weiteren Schritt in Richtung von mehr Nachhaltigkeit in unseren Produkten. Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Teil unseres CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Fu\u00dfabdrucks entsteht durch den Einsatz des Materials, das wir verarbeiten. Mit der Nutzung von bluemint\u00ae Steel von thyssenkrupp Steel werden wir diesen weiter reduzieren und dadurch zum Klimaschutz beitragen\u201c, sagte CEO J. Durch die Produktion und Nutzung moderner Warmumformst\u00e4hle mit reduzierter CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Intensit\u00e4t leisten wir einen Beitrag zu einer umweltfreundlichen Zukunft, ohne Kompromisse bei der Produktqualit\u00e4t einzugehen.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bereits heute hat tkSE erste Ma\u00dfnahmen zur CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Reduzierung umgesetzt und bietet auf Basis des Einsatzes von aufbereiteten Schrotten im Hochofen Stahlprodukte mit reduziertem CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Fu\u00dfabdruck an. Mit diesem Material bluemint\u00aerecycled lassen sich rund 1,35 Tonnen (64 Prozent) an CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Emissionen gegen\u00fcber konventionellem Warmband einsparen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Vergleich zu konventionellen St\u00e4hlen ergeben sich keine Einschr\u00e4nkungen hinsichtlich Produkteigenschaften und -qualit\u00e4ten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Info:<\/strong> tkSE mit Sitz in Duisburg ist der gr\u00f6\u00dfte deutsche Stahlhersteller.
