Januar die Attendorner Automobilzuliefer-Unternehmen KIRCHHOFF Automotive, Mubea und das Automotive Center S\u00fcdwestfalen (acs) besucht. Schwerpunktthemen der Gespr\u00e4che waren Demographie und Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel sowie aktuelle Themen rund um die Materialversorgung und Rohstoffpreise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Einig waren sich alle am Gespr\u00e4ch Beteiligten \u2013 darunter unsere Gesellschafter Arndt G. Kirchhoff und J. Wolfgang Kirchhoff \u2013 dass heimische Unternehmen ihre Mitarbeitenden fit f\u00fcr die Transformation machen \u2013 niemand wird verloren gehen. Ein weiteres wichtiges Thema der Gespr\u00e4che waren die Energiekosten und vor allen Dingen die Energiemengen: Wo soll der ganze Strom laut politischer Vorgabe herkommen? Davon abgesehen, dass uns Tausende von Ladepunkten f\u00fcr E-Fahrzeuge fehlen, woher kommt der Strom aus der Zapfs\u00e4ule?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neben KIRCHHOFF Automotive besuchte Hildegard M\u00fcller die Unternehmen Mubea und das acs. Das acs ist unser Partner &nbsp;im Bereich der Forschung und Entwicklung von innovativen Karosseriestrukturteilen. Aus dieser Zusammenarbeit sind zum Beispiel ein Instrumententafeltr\u00e4ger in Hybridbauweise und ein vorverzinktes Crash Management System mit gro\u00dfem Deformationsverm\u00f6gen entstanden, welche wir auf der IAA Mobility in M\u00fcnchen vorgestellt haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hildegard M\u00fcller ist seit 1.
